Agee with the two previous posts, but I will say that the owner should feel lucky to have the 2 employees that we met. Jeff who helped us with the knives and money clips was the ultimate salesperson and knew the products backwards and forwards. Mind you these knives are very expensive and I did not enter the store looking for a knife but almost left with one. Sorry I do not remember the name of lady who helped us first but she was very professional and knew the products well also. I did leave with a pair of Clics reader glasses
